nothing but small bucks

first week of season is over.....haven't seen a shooter buck yet.   passed on several spikes and four points, also let a smallish six go by, looking for at least an eight or better. probably being too picky for northeast  mich.    still i'm holding fast to my thoughts that is let em go let em grow......let me know if you did any good.....

time to see if all the hard work pays off

only five more days until the gun season opens.....after planting plots and having cameras out for the last couple of months, its time to get out there and see if what we did pays off.  we caught several nice bucks on our cameras, hope one of them shows up opening morning. rut should be going strong this year right thru the season so try to stay on stand all day if you can.....i know its easy to say, a lot harder to  do.....i'll be letting you know if  i do any good!!!!!!!!!!   good luck to all...............
